Project Governance & Management Structure
The Peer Civic project is implemented through a structured transnational partnership under the Erasmus+ Programme (KA3 – Support to Policy Development and Cooperation – European Youth Together).
The project governance structure ensures effective coordination, financial management, quality assurance, and compliance with the Grant Agreement.
Core Themes Addressed
The project consortium consists of six partner organisations from across Europe, each contributing to the implementation of specific Work Packages (WPs) and activities in line with the approved Grant Agreement.
Coordination and Decision-Making
Strategic decisions are taken collectively, with the Coordinator responsible for final reporting and liaison with the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
